Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Manager to join our team at Reed Accountancy & Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our client, a well-established construction business in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including sales ledger and purchase ledger.
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll: Ensure timely and precise financial transactions, including bookkeeping and payroll processing.
  • Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Handle statutory returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Office Administration: Support daily office operations, including general administrative tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock control.
