About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

As a trusted and autonomous member of our team, you will be the go-to person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners and liaising with a range of customers and suppliers. Your passion for excellent customer service and administration skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Complete health and safety checks and organise activities and events for Owners
  • Provide a hassle and worry-free retirement living lifestyle for our Home Owners
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar background such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will need to be computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

You will be an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people, able to work independently and use your own initiative. You will also need to be able to display good judgement and remain calm under pressure.
