About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Part-time Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including organizing events and activities for residents
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the maintenance of the property and the provision of a first-class service to residents
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard
  • Conduct health and safety checks and ensure that the lodge is maintained in a safe and secure manner

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a background in administration and customer service. You will be an outgoing and friendly person with a love of people, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
