About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating various activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers
  • Organize and deliver activities and events that enhance the lifestyle of our residents
  • Provide administrative support, including managing records and reports
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in administration and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
