About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Part-time Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including organizing events and activities for residents
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property
  • Conduct health and safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the development

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as administration or customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
