About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners
  • Providing excellent customer service and administration skills

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.
