Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Air & Ocean Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry, preferably with experience in Air & Ocean Logistics.
