Job Title: Customer Service Advisor, Responsible Gambling

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our Responsible Gambling team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers who may be at risk of, or experiencing, harms associated with gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling.
  • Utilize internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Escalate queries where necessary and promote safer gambling practices.
  • Aware of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts and deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints.
