**Key Responsibilities**

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Managing guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing training and development opportunities to team members
