About the Role

The Early Years Manager will be the key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-activity day camp during the Easter holidays. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead a team and work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding early years programme.

As the Early Years Manager, you will be responsible for representing Camp Beaumont during Ofsted visits and ensuring that all the needs of the children in our care are met. You will work closely with our Early Years team to plan and deliver a fantastic programme that meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

About You
  • You must be over 17 years old and available to work during the school holidays.
  • You should be a UK citizen with the right to work in the country and possess two valid right to work ID's.
  • You will need to have knowledge and experience of working in the Early Years sector, with at least a Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • You should be able to demonstrate a passion for working with children and possess a high level of safeguarding awareness.
  • Paediatric first aid is desirable, and we offer training opportunities for those who do not already hold this qualification.

Camp Beaumont is a growing company that runs award-winning day camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays. We operate on weekdays only, between 8 am and 6 pm, giving you the weekends off.
