Job Summary

Oxalis Logistics UK Limited is seeking a skilled Regional Resource Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Planning: Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term resource plans to ensure optimal driver and vehicle utilization across all terminals in the region.
  • Diary Management: Provide a detailed diary of resources to the planning team, enabling them to plan each day effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the planning team to ensure seamless resource allocation and minimize disruptions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze resource utilization data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with terminal managers and other stakeholders to ensure resource needs are met and expectations are managed.
