Oxalis Logistics UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across our regional terminals.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resource Planning: Developing and maintaining short, medium, and long-term resource plans to ensure the efficient allocation of drivers and vehicles across our regional terminals.
- Terminal Operations: Coordinating with our terminal teams to ensure that resources are available to meet customer demands.
- Communication: Providing regular updates to our planning team on resource availability and any changes to our operational plans.
- Analysis: Conducting regular analysis of our resource utilization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our operations.
