Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  • HR Strategy: Apply HR and business knowledge to drive strategic decision-making and develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll and payroll records, and work with stakeholders to develop reward strategies.
  • Talent Management: Support the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and preparing and conducting interviews, and develop talent and succession plans.
  • HR Operations: Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes, and implement changes where necessary.
  • Change Management: Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
