Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide structured analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborate proactively on diverse change initiatives, utilizing various skills and methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders and multi-functional teams to implement changes, maintain core applications, and introduce new services that enhance public health.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis throughout the change lifecycle, assessing options, risks, benefits, impacts, and costs.
  • Define requirements to facilitate business transformations and identify opportunities for continuous operational improvements.

Key Duties Include:

  • Utilizing a variety of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Summarizing findings in an accessible format.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working on complex strategic analysis and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensuring alignment of strategic, economic, commercial, financial, and management perspectives with governance and process controls.
  • Producing specifications and defining requirements for formal and informal change initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree or significant relevant experience.
  • Experience in complex change programs as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements in multifaceted environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
