We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our project team at IBAM Consulting, a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Company. As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you will play a critical role in the replacement of our current Finance ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the successful deployment of the new ERP system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT.
- Provide expert-level guidance on business analysis principles, methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Strong background in business analysis, with a specific focus on finance systems.
- Experience in ERP implementations or large global transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, tools, and approaches.
