About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Provide CIC. As a Team Manager, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of our department, working closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to co-produce and co-deliver a broad range of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve departmental goals.
  • Undertake performance and development reviews, creating personal development plans to support staff growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop staff rotas and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support, including data inputting and management of clinical and administrative systems.
  • Implement standard processes and procedures, contributing to service development through suggestions and ideas.
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements, and implementing benchmarking standards.
  • Establish effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies, representing Provide CIC as an outstanding organization.
