Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Centre People Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and queries, including invoicing and arranging shipments for UK and European distributors.
  • Administer tasks, such as organizing folders, files, and updating the database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
  • Record and process customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, production, and warehouse departments to ensure information is organized, distributed, and input into our system efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 1 year of corporate experience in an office environment.
  • Sales coordination or sales administration experience is advantageous.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Highly literate in computers, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • The ability to work in the UK without any restrictions, as the company is unable to offer visa support.

Please note that we cannot accept applications from YMS, Graduate, or Student visa holders. A high level of IT literacy is required, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems is preferred.
