About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Beaufort Lodge, Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Coordinate activities and events for Home Owners, ensuring their social and recreational needs are met.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Owners, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure the Lodge is maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
