About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Stephens Scown LLP. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome, ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and stocked, and assisting with administrative tasks such as document scanning and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scanning and distributing documents, and collecting mail.
  • Conduct First Aid and Fire Marshal duties, including training and certification.

Requirements
