- Develop segmentation strategies to personalise email content for different audience segments.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam and data protection regulations.
- Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand values and goals, focusing on organic growth.
- Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce Trading and platform management, Digital Brand management, PR management or a related digital commerce trading and marketing role.
- The ability to think long-term and to identify both opportunities and threats to the brand.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of executing innovative brand campaigns.
