Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Digital Gravity Ltd.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive creative briefs for homepage, landing pages, and optimize user experience.
  • Manage email campaigns and calendar, liaising with graphic designers and copywriters.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department.
  • Manage campaign budgets and work with paid agencies and freelance SEO experts.
  • Collaborate with web development agencies and vendor partners.
  • Plan and manage social media platforms with support from social executives.
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies and present to senior management executives.
  • Work with the head of ecommerce to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and knowledge of Shopify.
  • Develop innovative and impactful customer experiences.
  • Drive and deliver innovative ideas.
  • Work through agile methods, harnessing digital and technological advances.
  • Experience managing agencies and delivering on budgets.
