Your role will focus on fostering independence and promoting social inclusion. Drawing from your experience in community-based mental health environments, you will have the ability to inspire, engage, and motivate individuals in their recovery journey.

  • Engaging with other services to facilitate reasonable adjustments that support client needs.

You will be part of a dedicated team operating within a non-clinical environment, aimed at alleviating immediate distress for individuals at risk of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or trauma. Our service is designed to provide essential information, safety planning, and holistic support for individuals, their families, and caregivers.
