We seek a finance professional to oversee financial reporting and provide FP&A support for precise monthly analyses, assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, manage fixed asset and lease accounting, execute tax obligations and business filings with regulatory bodies, and facilitate the internal audit process alongside governance of internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate monthly financial outcomes and relay significant variances. Ensure accuracy in SG&A departmental expenditures and their communication. Investigate discrepancies within departmental cost centers. Prepare quarterly forecasts and strategic plans for SG&A cost centers. Collaborate in the annual planning process with CFM and CFC. Assist with monthly closing activities. Manage Fixed Asset reporting and coordinate on projects. Oversee lease accounting and reporting to the parent company. Handle internal audit submissions and governance matters. Support external audits as required. Facilitate tax compliance and government reporting obligations. Assist and occasionally lead IT and Finance enhancement initiatives. Conduct ad-hoc financial data evaluations. Authorize bank transactions. Complete material cost assessments within SAP. Manage business rates evaluations with external consultants.The ideal candidate will possess...
A qualification as an Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.
