  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to distil complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
