Patient Relations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, carers, and loved ones who contact us with their complaints, concerns, or compliments.
As a Patient Relations Administration Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, listening to and addressing concerns, and supporting the resolution of complaints.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be working within a team to support people to raise and resolve their concerns. The main duties of the role are to be a first point of contact for people raising concerns to ensure that they are raised within our team. These can be via telephone, email, or in writing.
The successful postholder must be an excellent communicator and be able to multitask. Due to the nature of this work, the successful candidate will be office-based.
