We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to assist our Projects PI (Permanent Installations) team in ensuring that initiatives are managed and executed efficiently, effectively, and professionally. This role will involve a commitment to continuous improvement in operations, streamlining workflows, and collaborating to deliver exceptional client service.

The Junior Project Coordinator position is vital within the Projects team, serving as both the external representative and the internal hub for project execution by the UK division. Typical project values range from £150,000 to £15,000,000 and may be delivered globally.

To perform the Junior Project Coordinator role successfully, close collaboration with clients is essential, as well as assisting in the management of internal teams to ensure all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in ensuring that projects are managed and executed in a timely, cost-effective, and professional manner. Assist with proposals and tenders. Strive for continuous improvement in operations, streamline workflows, and work collaboratively to provide seamless client service. Aid the project management team, with support from internal departments, in strategic planning for project execution, including agreeing on solutions, timelines, and budgets. Proactively address project-related issues on assigned accounts. May conduct and document project-specific meetings, prepare/update project status reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials. Assist the project management team in verifying accurate project budgeting and follow-ups. Coordinate activities with internal/external clients, ensuring that specific project milestones are met and that work is managed and progressed safely and according to plan. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress as necessary. May manage smaller projects from inception to completion. Engage and negotiate with internal and external clients. Adhere to existing business processes and contribute to their refinement.

Experience/Qualifications:

Prior experience in a project management capacity. Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets. Understanding of technical project requirements. Previous experience in a project environment with scope development. Skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities with the capacity to communicate across all levels. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management. Willingness to travel and attend meetings outside of regular hours. Previous experience in the theatre and entertainment sector is advantageous.
