Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Line managing a team of Project Managers and/or surveyors.
- Liaising with clients to take the brief, appoint design teams, provide procurement advice, chair design and progress meetings, lead post contract teams through delivery, and advise clients on all matters relating to project development.
- Contribute to business development activities, including preparing proposals, attending client meetings, networking events, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Experience of running large refurbishment projects from conception to completion.
- Experienced within commercial real estate, ideally in the industrial & logistics and office sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
- Full UK driving license.
