Project Manager Job Description

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from cradle to grave, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
