We are delighted to be exclusively collaborating with a leading provider of HR and Payroll services who is seeking to hire a HR Consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

This position will be remote, with occasional visits to client sites, and the salary range is £35,000 - £38,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive HR advisory support to various clients, utilizing phone, virtual platforms, and in-person meetings.
  • Overseeing a diverse employee relations caseload, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, attendance issues, and performance evaluations.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, leading meetings, and participating in mediation sessions.
  • Assisting with organizational restructures and aligning terms and conditions.
  • Preparing and distributing essential documentation, such as outcome letters, reports, and comprehensive document bundles.
  • Providing guidance on legal matters and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Managing HR projects as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing a diverse employee relations caseload.
  • Proficiency in conducting investigations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of £35,000 - £38,000.
  • Reimbursement of £0.45 per mile for site-related travel.
  • 37 hours per week with a flexible working schedule.
  • 26 days of annual leave plus public holidays.

  • 4.5% pension contribution.
