Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and addressing individual customer needs
  • Setting high standards for coverage, reliability, and customer service
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently
  • Creating memorable experiences that leave customers feeling valued
  • Meeting personal and store performance targets
  • Aligning our products and services with customer requirements and effectively promoting our innovative offerings
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through engaging conversations and ensuring a positive store experience
  • Providing assistance with general mobile or network inquiries (training will be provided)
  • Typically working five days a week, including weekends.
