About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. This is an unrivalled opportunity to take the next step in your customer service development and become a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors on arrival into the showroom, ensuring waiting times are kept to a minimum.
  • Offer customers and visitors refreshments and encourage them to engage with our products and services in a relaxed environment.
  • Handle basic product queries using supporting information, providing our customers with confidence that they are receiving a professional service.
  • Ensure the customer experience is personalised and efficient, maintaining accurate customer records and keeping them up to date.
  • Work with the showroom team to support promotions and events, ensuring brochures are up to date and in the right places.
  • Attend training and meetings as and when required to ensure your continuous development and gain specialist product knowledge.

About You

  • You will be a strong team player and comfortable working with others, with strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • You will be customer focused and enjoy providing excellent service to our customers and meeting their needs.
  • You will be organised, professional and efficient under pressure, with a full UK driving licence, good IT skills, administrative skills, and a good level of general education, ideally GCSE English and Maths.
  • You will have previous relevant experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
