**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and effective support to policyholders via various communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process and update policy information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to policyholders.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in customer service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
