About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
