We are seeking a customer-oriented and digitally savvy individual to join our dedicated team, providing IT assistance and solutions to approximately 700 users. This is an exciting phase for our organization as we embark on a digital transformation journey. A significant aspect of your role will involve guiding our colleagues in adopting new technologies and enhancing their digital competencies through effective training and outstanding customer service.

The main objective of this position is to address and assist employees with technical challenges and inquiries related to daily access and utilization of digital tools and systems, such as mobile login issues. You will be expected to independently investigate potential causes and solutions, exercising your initiative and taking ownership of requests from initial contact to satisfactory resolution.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Relevant experience in a digital setting
  • Capability to convey technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
  • Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and provide face-to-face solutions
