Customer Experience Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 + BONUS

Remote Opportunity

This award-winning Travel Insurance broking group is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading analytics efforts and creating technical customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement data visualizations to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and analytics

Requirements:

  • Financial services background with experience in customer experience and analytics
  • Strong Google Analytics experience (GA4)
  • Data visualization skills using Tableau
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
