Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Lead the store team in delivering great standards and exceptional service every day.
  • Review store performance data to drive business improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

  • You will be passionate about celebrating our customers' life moments and have a customer-centric approach.
  • You will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire the team.
  • You will be commercially minded and able to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • You will be an engaging and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
