About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and the maintenance of high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including financial procedures and staff management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of recreation staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and centre performance.
