About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Reservations Manager to join our Sales team at RBH Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential guests, companies, and agents making bookings for bedroom reservations, weddings, conferences, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers, companies, and agents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Contribute to the maximization of sales by incorporating meetings, weddings, events, and accommodation facilities.
- Provide effective administration for all bookings and communicate these effectively to all departments within the hotel.
- Carry out site visits to potential customers to the standard set by the Sales Manager.
- Operate within the sales office hours, handling shift duties and passing on potential sales leads to the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with past users to rebuild relationships and understand their future requirements.
- Handle guest inquiries and bookings via various platforms, creating reservations and inputting via telephone and email according to room and rate availability.
- Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers, and credit requests, ensuring adherence to hotel policy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze reservation trends and generate reports for management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, responding accurately and timely to guests, clients, and agents in line with our brand standards.
- Be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.
