Head Receptionist Job Description

Cliveden House, a luxury 5 Red Star hotel, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Receptionist to support our front desk operations and deliver exceptional service to our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reception team to maintain impeccable standards of service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient arrival and departure processes and handle guest inquiries with poise.
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel reception, utilizing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel management systems and reservation software to optimize front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in the Front of House/Reception department.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with various departments.
