Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the reception team to maintain exceptional standards of service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee the efficient arrival and departure processes, handling guest inquiries with efficiency and poise.
  • Communication: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with various departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational and multitasking abilities to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel reception.
  • Hotel Management Systems: Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software is essential.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in the Front of House/Reception department.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
