Job Title: Head Receptionist - Luxury Hotel

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Receptionist to support our front desk operations at Cliveden House, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of the Berkshire countryside. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring an impeccable standard of service for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the reception team in delivering exceptional service to guests, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Oversee the efficient arrival and departure processes, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless service delivery and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the reception team to consistently maintain the exceptional standards set by Cliveden House.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel management systems and reservation software to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in the Front of House/Reception department.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with various departments.
  • A dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software.
