Job Overview

TPF Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, looking for a motivated Audit Manager to enhance their vibrant team on a permanent basis.

This esteemed firm is dedicated to cultivating lasting relationships with their clientele, which includes both individuals and large corporations, while actively recognizing opportunities in a constantly evolving business environment. Their flexible approach guarantees timely and insightful discussions with clients to meet current and future objectives and business requirements.

As an Audit Manager, you will manage a varied client portfolio, ensuring their expectations are fulfilled while maximizing portfolio revenue through the provision of audit services. Effective resource management and workflow coordination with the management team are essential duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, oversee, and evaluate client engagements, optimizing resource distribution
  • Facilitate pre-audit discussions to pinpoint significant business impacts and focal areas
  • Track work progress, ensuring timely delivery and profitability
  • Draft fee proposals, billing documents, and management correspondence
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training for staff development
  • Assume specific office duties as designated
  • Identify prospects for additional services and new clientele
  • Engage in special projects and value-added services


Qualifications
  • ACA/ACCA certification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a practice setting
  • Current knowledge of accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and client-oriented focus
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
