About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team at Paradigm Trust as a Qualified Teacher of the Deaf. The successful applicant will contribute to effective teaching and learning for deaf and hearing impaired pupils, ensuring they develop effective communication skills and achieve good academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a total communication policy
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCo and Assistant Principal for Inclusion to ensure inclusive education practices
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of deaf and hearing impaired pupils
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
