About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Support Officer to join our Mortgage Enforcement Team in a senior capacity. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of operational risk within the group, ensuring the effective implementation of governance structures, and maintaining databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries from internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints are logged and resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure issues arising from expressions of dissatisfaction are managed as actions supporting the wider operational teams.
  • Oversee the local change management process, supporting operational teams in implementing changes.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing accurate internal and external reports, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain Business Continuity Plans and Contact Information for operational teams.
  • Support projects related to FCA regulation and embedding principles into the culture of operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Good use of IT applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a support team.
  • Confident in managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a strict regulatory environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and work to SLAs.
  • Methodical approach to work.
