The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in managing operational risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries from internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and complaints.
- Coordinate the local change management process, supporting operational teams in implementing changes and updates.
- Prepare and distribute accurate internal and external reports, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date Business Continuity Plans and Contact Information for operational teams.
- Support projects related to FCA regulation and embed principles into the culture of operational teams.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in financial services or insurance, with a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Confident in managing multiple requests simultaneously, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
