Job Summary:

DDH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our client's team in a luxury hotel setting. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Food and Beverage standards of performance across the department, adhering to Company SOP Manual.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere, providing the highest possible standard of care to guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other Food and Beverage departments.
  • Assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching.
  • Work a flexible rota, including five days out of seven, and participate in Duty Management shifts.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience within a good quality restaurant.
  • Desire to develop a career in hotel management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
