We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Assistant to join our team and ensure exceptional customer service experiences for our guests. As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing support to the front of house operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.

2. Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide information about menu options and specials.

3. Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating assignments.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.

5. Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently to ensure smooth dining experiences.

6. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate service.

7. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.

8. Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

9. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.

10. Assist in additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7. Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

8. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

9. High school diploma or equivalent.
