Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to lead our front of house team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive working environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to ensure efficient and seamless service.

2. Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction protocols.

3. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs to optimize productivity.

5. Oversee the seating of guests, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

6. Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns or challenges.

8. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, maintaining quality and presentation standards.

9. Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies, such as utensils, glassware, and linens, and place orders as needed.

10. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, alcohol service, and customer service.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.

6. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, wine selections, and service techniques.

7. Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
