This is an exciting opportunity to join our Payments team as a Product Owner, where you will play a key role in transforming our payments capability. As part of our largest transformation programme, you will have the chance to make a real impact and drive change.

We offer a hybrid working model, with 60% of your time spent working from home and the rest flexibly based at our brand new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the Payments backlog for one or multiple agile development squads. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver great solutions, regularly obtaining feedback throughout development and facilitating engaging demos on a regular basis.

We are looking for a Product Owner with deep payments expertise who is passionate about working with an agile squad. You will have experience within Payments Services, including Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS Direct Debit, Card Payments, and more. Experience of working across multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile or SAFe, is also desirable.
