Administrative Support Role

Salary Range: £27,000 - £28,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Fresh Recruit Ltd. This position involves providing essential administrative and financial assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor and Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
  • Process sales and purchase orders efficiently
  • Engage in communication with suppliers
  • Oversee employee expense claims and payments
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage payment processes
  • Handle purchase ledger invoice processing
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with Sage 200 is a plus
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Adept at adjusting to shifting priorities
  • Comfortable in following up on customer payments
  • Basic accounting experience is advantageous
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (with a half-hour lunch break)
